1 room with a queen size bed and TV with optional dresser available. This room shares a bathroom and is available starting in mid June/July

**There is a potential roommate who has reached out, so the room is being held for her. However, we can’t confirm a confirmation until mid May. Thus, I am keeping this posting up, but there won’t be any viewing of the room until after the potential roommate arrives and tours first. I do have pictures, and will upload them if the potential roommate doesn’t work out. **

I am the owner of the condo. I love to travel and keep to myself. I will usually be in my room when I am home. I try to travel monthly, and I work a lot in the education industry. The only time you may run into me is in the kitchen. I have a 16-year-old Maltipoo dog who only comes over a week or 2 every few months. When she is here, she stays in my room. She never barks, and she’s too old to do too much! :)

Ultimately, I am looking for another female who wants to feel safe and secure in a nice, 3-year-old 2 level condo. I have a strong security system with cameras around the condo outside, and there are electronic locks for easy access. The other potential roommate will be a girl too and may move in mid June!

Lastly, I have verified my ID and am in the process of doing the background check. Thus, I expect this from the potential renter too once we agree that the room is a good fit. Any fees paid for confirming your identity and background check will be deducted from your first month rent! Ultimately, I am looking to keep my home safe for me and others, so I appreciate your willingness to confirm who you are!
