2 story single family home. Looking to rent out a room upstairs. Master (my room) is located down stairs. And 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs. With common/shared space being living room, kitchen, laundry, Exterior/porches. No pets as I have 3 dogs. Open to discuss fish, and caged animals, etc. If a bed/night stand is needed for you one can be provided. Sports memorabilia will be removed asap. Choice of bedroom although 1 room has a walk in closet and one does not, so I left open the room with walk-in. If bed isn’t needed 3rd bedroom can be for visitors
