Gallaudet Drive

You’ll be staying in a private room with your own private bathroom in a 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment unit. Rent is $1700/month + your share of the utilities+wifi of about $150/month. You will be taking over my lease as early as March 4 up until June 23, with the option to renew thereafter.

The unit comes with a walk-in closet and direct access to a patio. The kitchen, living room, and patio are shared with one other flatmate. The unit is on the 3rd floor and is accessible by stairway. The shared area of the apartment unit is fully furnished but the room itself will be unfurnished (contact me if you would like to purchase the existing furniture in the unit). The shared area includes an in-unit washer+dryer.

You’ll be surrounded by views of nature - the unit overlooks trees which peek into Central Park/Lake Elizabeth with the Mission Peak hills in the background. The park and lake are very accessible as they are just on the other side of the road from the unit. There is abundant free parking by the unit. The apartment complex includes a pool, grill, and gym.

The one other person living in the unit is a PhD-educated professional and drives to work daily. He is in his early 30s and tends to travel at least once a month.
