Hey potential roomie! I have a room for rent in a great neighborhood in Houston. The house is a very large brick house, but you (one person) would only be renting it along with three other people. Imagine this: full access to a fully-stocked kitchen, gas stovetop, dishwasher, kitchenette and granite topped bar with barstools. Oh yeah, we’ve had some drinks at this bar! The upstairs is split into two wings with two rooms each wing, the room to rent is a move in ready room, next to a part-time roommate. Shared bathroom upstairs is only part-time sharing starting August 10. There is a European Queen sized bed, walk in closet, on site laundry connections, street parking, and is in a very calm neighborhood. 32 minutes from downtown on a weekend and 45 minutes to the beach. We are also walking distance to an award winning bar! Very close to NASA, University of Houston Clearlake, Baybrook Mall, Armand Bayou trails/boat rides, restaurants, gym, and caddy corner to a park with a pool! Maid service (in shared spaces), yard care, gas, trash, recycling included. Electricity and water are negotiable. Now, to get a leg up on our competitors, we have a nice patio and yard equipped with grill, shade trees and full-time access to a hot-tub shielded from the neighbors! Call/email me for a chat!

About us, we are unique individuals bonded by choice except for my offspring, 17, and comes here sometimes….quiet, shy, gym rat who eats well. Myself-sometimes boisterous, sometimes sleepy. I feel I win if I can make someone smile or feed them, but I rarely cook sooo yeah. Then there’s the human I married. We were living together and somehow we came out of COVID married, I found a wonderful partner in non-crime. We are drama free and were flying a pirate LGBTQ rainbow flag at our house June 1st. Also What I want when finding someone to rent a room? Well someone that likes to enjoy themselves, works or studies hard and is at least at times fun to be around! Just three months commitment min.
