4 bed 2 bath home located on a court. Very safe neighborhood close to several parks, public transportation, and .5 miles to the nearest grocery store. Access to kitchen, living room, and back yard. Washer and drier available to use.

Currently occupied by one male and one female tenant. Both are professionals that work full time outside of the home. Active lifestyle. Not home too often. Enjoy hiking, spending time with friends/family, volunteer work, outdoors, happy hour, and traveling. Roomies have to be responsible and clean up after themselves, no hard drugs or smoking.
