Hi everyone! Offering Master bedroom with in suite bathroom in a 3/2 house in the Brandon area. Rent is $700 not including water, electric, and internet (these can be split). I am a full time licensed veterinary technician and have two doggos and three cats. Serious inquiries only, females preferred. No smoking but very green friendly. No other pets please. Total deposit between all renters will be one month’s rent.

I am full time licensed veterinary technician and work 5 days on close to 10-12 hours. I’m very chill and laid back. Stay in my room most of the time or chill in the living room. But very open to hanging out. Going out I keep to a minimum (trying to save money) but I am an avid beach goer during the summer months.
