Broc's room

Looking to meet a potential housemate to fill a vacancy in my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in South San Francisco. Terms are month to month. I am the only other tenant in the house. Utilities are included.

The room measures ~130 square feet (11’x12’) and has closet space. The window opens to the back yard with some great afternoon light. The third bedroom in the house is an “office” where you could work remotely. There is a guest bathroom just off the vacant bedroom which is not currently used, it’d essentially be yours to use full time.

Washer and dryer in the garage are free to use. The entire house is furnished and has any appliances you might need. Utilities are included in the cost of rent. The back patio is excellent and there is plenty of storage throughout the house.

Parking in the garage is occupied by my vehicle along with car parts and surfboards… sorry, not much wiggle room there. There is ample street parking available any time of day and a driveway spot if needed.

Walking to SSF BART takes about 10 minutes each way, a train to downtown SF is typically 30 minutes travel time. Heading to SFO is only ~10 minutes on the train and about the same driving/ride sharing. Ride share into SF is usually about $25+/-. Pacifica and Ocean Beach are both about a 15 minute drive away.

I live here alone with no pets. I’m a single, late 30s gentleman who spends most of my time surfing, at the office in the city, watching a game on TV, or wrenching on cars. I’d prefer a housemate who can hang and has their shit together, no drugs, no smokers.
