Hello! I am looking to sub-lease my apartment at Cayce Cove. All utilities are paid for by the apartment and are included in the monthly rent. As well as this, there is a washer and dryer in the apartment, a dish-washer and television. The apartment and bedroom are both fully furnished. They have a pool, gym, tanning bed, “hang-out” room, basketball court, volleyball net and even a shuttle that goes to USC campus and back multiple times a day. There are grills, and all of this is in walking distance. Also, behind the apartments is a beautiful trail on the river! Camera’s surround all of the buildings, and I have always felt safe living here. There is a police officer that lives in the apartment building as well! Oftentimes, the apartment will host raffles, give out food for free and game nights. They have made very simple systems in paying rent, requesting maintenance, etc. The area is fairly quiet, and definitely tucked away from busy roads / traffic, so getting in and out is very easy. Parking is very easily accessible, and they also provide visitor parking. The lease is up in July, but you will be able to re-new it as you see fit.
