Lindsey's room

This is a three-bedroom, one-bathroom home. No pets allowed except maybe a fish. No cats or dogs. Only two bedrooms will be used, so the third room can be a shared guest room/office/creative space/storage - whatever we need it for!

There is an upstairs loft area that I mostly use as a reading/painting space and is open to be used however you’d like as well.

A full kitchen with cabinet and counter space is available.

A nice sized laundry room.

A garage I mainly use for storage, and two car parking in front of the garage.

Large backyard with a fire pit, and I’d like to eventually get a small gazebo.

Secured by Vivint Security with doorbell and garage cameras.

I will be the only other roommate. I am a 30-year-old woman and have owned the house for two years now. All of the bills are in my name, including wifi and security and the home is decorated except for bedrooms. I occasionally have friends over for dinner, movies, or to play board games. I am open to guests coming over and having a guest room, but nothing more than a night or two.

I spend more nights in than out and am pretty low-key and chill. I work during the days and usually have Sun-Mon off. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
