The complex is at the top of a hill in a very safe neighborhood right in between Portland and Beaverton (each is an easy and quick 10 minute drive from the apartment). There is adequate parking, though spots are small, and the complex includes a pool and a gym. Pet friendly environment and roommates who are both friendly and quiet. Rent is $734 a month plus wifi and electric.
About the roomies
Two early/mid twenties females share the master bedroom. One is a grad student at OHSU and the other works full time. Both are quiet and friendly and are open to both pets and are cannabis friendly. Roommates enjoy rock climbing and hiking and spend most nights just chilling with casual drinks.
