1,100 square foot basement space with optional office space included, updated, modern, eclectic feel; space for 1 or 2 bedrooms, living area, and Hugh private bathroom. LGBTQS+, cat friendly, shared laundry in basement and shared kitchen upstairs; back door entrance with key code, backyard with patio and grill; I welcome outdoor get togethers. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.-6 a.m. during the school year and summer hours are negotiable. Space comes unfurnished; current renter is moving soon and taking all furniture, except the couch and bookshelf in the photos.

Hi. I am a 46 year old female with a 12 year old son who lives part-time with me. He also lives next door at his other mother’s house part-time. My son and I live on the main floor. We both are respectful of others’ space and quiet time. I am an ambivert, love to be social and love my quiet time. I work in Denver Public Schools and have been teaching for 23 years.
