My name is Aimee and my roommates and I are moving to Temecula. We are subletting a room our 2-bedroom apartment. It’s on the second floor and has in-unit laundry. Internet is $60, electricity ranges between $100 and $300, and rent is about $1500. Our lease ends in May, so less than 4 months, but can totally be renewed (13 months).
