My four br, 2 ba home in a quiet, safe neighborhood, is convenient to the beach (5 miles), shopping, interstate, conveniently located between two large metro areas of Pensacola and Mobile, a big screen tv, computer, internet, washer/dryer, office w/printer is available, it has a nice patio, and a community pool is included. The king-sized bed has a memory foam mattress. Also included is the use of an exercise room with elliptical, recumbent bike, weight machine & rowing machine, if you are so inclined. I have one other roommate is 60, a good guy and works every day; bath is shared with him, utilities are split between three of us & averages $150 each.

I am a 73-year-old male in great physical condition, retired and would like someone to share the bills and have a bit of company now and then. My one current roomie is a 60-year-old divorced Army veteran, a good guy & works every day, he’s very quiet & stays mostly in his room.
