Decent sized home with three bedrooms, and a game room–and washer and dryer. The room comes with a parking spot in the garage, fiber internet hook-up, shared bath with one other roomie, full use of the flat screen/video game consoles and more. We have two cats already, so if you have one of your own, it’s perfectly fine (small animals/fish too if you keep them in your room (: )~

The room itself is 13x11–with a closet. There is an extra dresser should you want it, but if not, its no big deal to move it out of the way~ there’s an ethernet cable (fiber) already in the room, so if you have a PC or other console, its all ready for you.

The area itself is pretty nice. We live in an established neighborhood, nearby schools (Gwinnett Tech), & shopping centers.

Hi! My name is Alex (31)! Your resident they/them of the household who usually wears the pants when it comes to decision making. You’ll be talking to me through here but meeting in person or viewing the space, that will most likely be either of the other two roomies.

Along with me and my partner Ben (28) (share a room), there’s one other roommate named Ben (25) as well–we call him Jasper just to make it easier. We also currently have two (2) cats, one boy and one girl.

All of us are gamers, D&D lovers, have ADHD and not perfect by any means. We are LGBTQA+ & BLM supporters, vaccinated and totally cannabis positive (we even have a space for such things). We’re not perfect when it comes to keeping things perfectly clean, so if that’s something you -must- have, then we may not be the people for you. BUT! If you’re like us and a bit more lax about things, come join us in our crazy household <3
