The house is located in the medical center in San Antonio. Fairly central location, about 15 minutes from downtown. Room is 8x15 feet with a 5x2 foot closet and two windows. House is about 1,200 square feet, very cottage-like. Washer and dryer on the property, google fiber internet, nice stove, new fridge. The heater in the house works, but needs to be cleaned before it can be turned on. AC works great. If you like to garden, I can give you space for that, and if you’re interesting in keeping chickens, there’s a coop outback that’s unused but needs to be cleaned. No HOA, but very friendly neighbors. Deer and peacocks in the neighborhoods.

My name is Lauren. I’m 26, and I teach high school art in San Antonio. I’d love to share this space with someone else who makes art and has an interest in sustainability and gardening. I’m queer and I’d prefer to have a queer roommate. I have a cat that’s getting along in her age and she doesn’t get along with cats or dogs, so no cats or dogs please. Pet insects, birds, or reptiles are fine.
