We’re close to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and two blocks from several large supermarkets, laundry, This neighborhood is very family oriented with Bennett Park just up the charming steps on Pinehurst Ave. Here you will find dutch style apartments surrounding the park and a beautiful tree lined neighborhood. The Cloisters and Fort Tryon Park are just a 10 minute walk away! - Which is, in my opinion, the most underrated park in NYC. All furniture will stay in the room for a fee of $700. The furniture pictured is one year old and purchased for $1,200 total. The mattress is extremely comfortable with a 6 inch Lucid mattress topper included.
