Donner Trail

2400 sq foot home in a great neighborhood. Bedroom is located downstairs adjacent to the kitchen. Bathroom is not inside the room but it is out of view from the entire downstairs and I consider it private. No one else will use this bathroom but the tenant. Things in the room and closet will be removed. No pets.

I live here by myself. I work a lot. We may not even see each other much. If you would like to have the living room as well we can negotiate another price. I do have an in-home gym if you are into your fitness.
