Hi i I have a room available in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex in NE Portland, Park rose area. The lease is 6 months starting March 1st, Rent is 600 + utitlies monthly (100-150). The duplex has a a W/D in unit, backyard w garden beds, convenient parking, central heating, a/c in living room and is close to 84/205 freeways so you can get to Portland or Washington areas quickly.

I’m a busy, friendly, 26 y/o female, who works full time in the cannabis industry and I am also attending PSU for conflict resolution! I’m from California and have been in PDX for 4 years. I have 1 cat fulltime and a dog 2-3 times a week who comes w me to work. They are both super sweet but the landlord doesn’t allow any more pets. I also am a very good pet owner, I have a roomba to make sure floors are kept clean. I value clean common spaces, and have had great experiences w past roommates and would like to keep that streak going! Since I’m busy I’m usually doing my own thing but if you’re looking for a friendship situation, I’m always open to new friends and down to plan things. In my free time I like doing creative projects, dancing, trying new food places and going to the gym.
