Hello! Maybe yself (single male 30s) and one other (single female 30s) are looking for one more roommate for the third bedroom. Will be a shared bath with the single male. Single female will be taking the master, I will be taking 2nd bedroom & the garage parking and that will give you about $100 less in rent than us. You have the third bedroom (no shared walls).

Single female has a golden doodle who loves everyone so you must love dogs. Preferably no other pets would be great but we could consider after a dog meet up.

Must have a high 650+credit score and W-2 income of at least 50 to 60 K plus. The rooms are spacious and so is the shared bath. There’s parking in the condo area. There is a fire place as well as two pools/Jacuzzi in the complex. it is right off of the five freeway across from the shops of Mission Viejo on the other side of the freeway.

We will all be applying together so the sooner the better for somebody that wants to get in for March 1! I have more photos/video from RE Agent.

Very safe location we are looking for somebody who is a working preferably professional with great references and quiet, very clean and very respectful. We will be at keeping our personal life outside of the home as much as possible to keep the vibe clean and clear inside the house.

There is a ton to do nearby! It’s a great location so close to the beach tons of places to eat and a great location to be able to mountain bike down to the beach go on walks in the neighborhood etc. We definitely want somebody who is going to have kind of a family vibe that is cool to do roommate movie night and cooking nights etc. somebody that communicates really well as well and does communal cleaning!
