Close to Mayo Clinic and UNF 3 bedroom condo on the golf course very quiet area and great views pool and gym. I have one bedroom furnished and another room I use as office but could be used for bedroom if you need unfurnished, would also consider renting to two people.

I live alone and work full time. I’m an easy going person and I like to cook and have no problem sharing, I like to keep a clean house but I’m not a fanatic about it. I want to have anyone who rents with me to feel comfortable and I’m easy and friendly to communicate with.
