One bedroom left in my 70s style home for rent! I want this to feel like your home too! Paint the bedrooms, hang up your art everywhere, start a garden in the raised beds. You’ll have access to the rest of the over 2,000 square feet house, which includes 2 large living rooms with fireplaces, kitchen, washer/dryer, home bar and pool table, as well as garage space and so many outdoor spaces.

I’m a mostly tidy and quiet roommate and would prefer the same, although I do throw parties a couple times a year. There’s one other female roomie, plus a cat and a dog.
