Freshly remodeled 150 square foot bedroom, with cleaned carpet, in a large 5 bedroom house for rent next to Parkridge Hospital off of McCallie Ave. Less than 3 miles from the heart of downtown Chattanooga, 2 miles from UTC, 1 mile from the Interstate, and one block away from the Carta bus stop, grocery, and drug stores. You also get a large, freshly remodeled, bathroom next to the bedroom that is shared with other roommates. High speed wifi and washer/dryer included. Kitchen is large, and shared where you will have your own cabinet and shelf in the fridge. MUST clean up after yourself and keep rooms clean. No pets, no smokers, or partying. All utilities are included. $550 deposit and $50 application fee required before signature of lease. If you’re the type of person that needs it cold as a meat locker in the summer or hot as a blast furnace in the winter this isn’t the place for you. The house is kept at a normal temperature. Partial furnishings are available if needed.
