There is a shared bathroom right next to the room. Home is in a hillside location with “million-dollar-views!” Quiet, new neighborhood. Ideal location for students or single professionals! Ample parking in driveway or off -street parking. Looking for short term (at least 6 months) or long term renter.

Lease Details: Listed rent includes - furnished room, all utilities, internet and cable tv access. The room has a shared bathroom (shared with house guests only - almost exclusive use by tenant of this room - exclusive use 80% of the time). Security Deposit: $900

Our pet peeves: clean as you go; plates, cups, glass, and utensils must be put away and kept in drawers; neat and tidy, respectful. Washer dryer available.
