The rest of the property includes 2 other bedrooms (1 of which is currently unoccupied and also available to rent for the same price), 1 bathroom, a living room (furnished with a couch, sofa, and coffee table), a dining room (furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs), and a kitchen (furnished with a fridge, microwave, and stove). Also included are a washing and drying machine ($1.25/load) and a gated parking space.
The neighborhood has security and is mainly populated by USC students, as it’s just a few blocks away from their campus.
