The apartment is a 3 bed, 2 bath little hole in the wall over by the Yakima River in the Riverpointe Apartments! We can provide pictures of the room/apartment upon request. We do have internet and a communal fridge/pantry (you can label your food if you don’t want to share). Located close by to a variety of stores, restaurants, walking paths, and a trail that leads to the Yakima river. If you do smoke cannabis, we do request you smoke it outside, but edibles/etc. are fine. We are a group of 21-27 year old kids who are looking to occupy the room of our roommate Kyler who is moving out. Willing to stay for at least 14 months (we renew our lease in April)

I’m Lex, I’m a 21 year old woman, and I am a typical art/music nerd who works at Fred Meyer over in Richland. If I come off as shy or antisocial, I have autism and moved to Richland from Kenai, AK back in October. I have a dog who is very playful and loves new people. I like to play some video games and draw a fair bit, as well as some tabletop rpgs such as DnD and WoD.

Ethan, my fiancee, is a 22 year old male presenting non-binary enby who also works at Fred Meyer in Richland. They very much so love to play tabletop rpgs and Magic the Gathering as well as music and video games. They are extremely friendly and love to cook, and is usually seen playing with our dog.

Lastly, there is Bryan. Bryan is the oldest of our little crew, being a 27 year old man, and he’s essentially a giant teddy bear filled with hot tamales. He works full time at MetalFab as a welder. Usually when he’s home he goes into his room to play video games, but he also tends to come into the living room if he wants to watch Breaking Bad, or just anything on Netflix. Like me (Lex), Bryan has autism and can forget things at times. You can usually tell what’s on his mind though because he will talk about it for hours.
