Patrick's room

The room, with built-in wall shelf and desk, is spacious: roughly 13ft x 13ft plus wall closet with also built-in shelf and drawers. Full-size bed, night stand, and desk chair are available for use if needed. The room is across from a shared bathroom (only when there is a guest in the third bedroom in the rare occasions). The bedroom window faces the front yard, with a view of city lights at night. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with awesome views of the Sandia mountain and a private backyard. It is also close to hiking trails, running and bike paths, and a park. A parking space inside the garage is included. Longer term is preferred but the lease term is negotiable.

Single professional into healthy life style including distance running (marathon), hiking, swimming, skiing, and mountain biking. I am a friendly guy, respectful, clean, and mostly quiet but enjoy good company to do outdoor things. I am into technology R&D, current affairs, volunteering, photography, music (piano), etc. etc. I enjoy having friends from different backgrounds (religion, sexual orientation, education, ethnicity, etc.).
