The room available for rent is spacious: roughly 13ft x 13ft plus wall closet with built-in shelf and drawers. It also has a ceiling fan light. Full-size bed, night stand, and desk chair are available for use if needed. The room is across from a shared bathroom (only when there is a guest in the third bedroom in the very rare occasions). The bedroom window faces the front yard, with a view of city lights at night. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with an awesome view of the Sandia mountain and a private backyard. It is also close (0.7 mile) to hiking trails, running and bike paths, and a small park. A parking space inside the garage is included. Longer lease terms are preferred but the lease term is negotiable. A reduced rent may be considered for a long-term renter. Let’s chat!
