I am looking to sublease a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom spacious luxury full apartment (900 sqft) with private 1 car garage and 1 car driveway in Irving. It is a bit more like a townhouse.

Amenities in the apartment include swimming pool, gym. Located in the heart of Irving, walking distance to Walmart, Kroger and a lot of restaurant and grocery stores, right before 635 and 114. The bus stop for DART 229 is right outside. Contains laundry unit within the apartment.

This apartment is available from March 1st to June 4th with the option to renew the lease as required. The address is 8043 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving. This is a lease take-over. I currently pay rent of $1673 + $119 for valet trash, internet and TV connection. Other utilities are charged as used. $500 as an incentive.

If you take over my lease and we have signed the papers and it is all squared away, I will give you one-time $500 cash credit as an incentive.
