Charlie's room

Hi! I’m hoping to find someone to take over my lease in a cute craftsman style house right off of Retro Row. The lease ends August 2023 and the room is available immediately. Rent is $1,366 with some flexibility. My room has a private bathroom.

The house is a 3 bed/2 bath with a front and backyard, 3 car driveway, in unit washer/dryer, and a garage for storage space. The house is VERY pet friendly. There is one senior dachshund, Dexter, living here who loves pets and cuddles. Our landlords are awesome so as long as your pets get along with Dexter they’re welcome. Like I said, right off of Retro Row so walking distance to Ralphs, a movie theatre, a boxing studio, coffee shops, restaurants, etc!

My bedroom is currently painted navy blue but you’re welcome to paint it however you want.

My roommates are amazing & I’m sad to leave them. They’re both 25 year old women that are clean, kind, and funny. We hang out but are also respectful of one another’s space and private time.
