Looking to transfer my lease on a ground floor 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in the Cypress Winds complex on Manatee Avenue West. My lease runs through July 26, 2023, and the management company has already approved the lease transfer. I need to move due to an unexpected family emergency. I really love living here, and the complex and the staff are great! I am blessed with wonderful neighbors as well! The location is perfect with Publix right next door, and tons of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. 5 miles from AMI! The complex allows big dogs, which was a definite selling point when I moved here. My apartment is very clean and I do not smoke or have cats, so it smells good too! It also just had a new heating and AC system put in, so you’ll be nice and comfy! It has a large washer and dryer in the unit, and the rooms are really big and spacious, not cramped at all. There are lots of windows and it’s always cheery and sunny throughout the entire day, but not too hot. The price I listed includes everything I pay to the complex each month; rent, water, trash, pest control and pet fees. Your cost may be lower if you don’t have pets.
