Hi, We’re looking for one more great roommate in our house.

It’s in in West View (Southwest ITP). One block from the west beltline, with an easy walk to some food places and breweries (Boxcar, Monday Night Garage). It has a great commute to Ga Tech, GSU, Midtown, Downtown Atlanta, etc. You can put Altoona Pl SW Westview in your google maps to see the spot.

There’s a backyard for guests, a solid kitchen for cooking, easy street parking, and a big basement for your junk.

The rate for the room available is $750 (+ split up utilities with utilities capped at $100). No smoking or pets. The room shares a bathroom with a room used for an art studio/guest room so it will be used occasionally but not often.

About me: I’m a 24 year old jewelry artist and I love exploring the city and finding new spots to eat.

There’s also Matthew (my boyfriend 25yo programmer), Andrea (28yo stunt woman, like in the movies), and Brad a PhD electrical engineer at Georgia Tech

We’re all very chill and clean buddies so we’d love someone we could get along with!
