Master room is available on March 1st, 2023 with 1 year lease term. There is a laundry room in the building. There are 8 units. Close to restaurants, parks, coffee shops and freeways. Parking is on the street. Easy to find parking spot most of the time.
Rent is $962 plus half of electricity bill and internet service. Electricity bill ranges $20 to $180 depending on month. Internet service is $15. We are required to have a renters insurance, runs about $40-$70 for one year. Deposit is $850. Application fee is $43. Lease update fee is $125.
About the roomies
I work full time 8 to 5 pm on weekdays. I will start RN program in April for 2 years and will work part time. I prefer someone who works outside of home. I am clean, quit, respectful person. I do not drink or smoke and I prefer the same for the roommate candidate please. No pets please. Management company requires tenant to provide a proof of 2.5 times more income than the rent amount.
