Amanda's room

Private room. Shared bathroom. This bedroom is in our basement apartment which has one other roommate currently. We use the kitchen and living area occasionally when we have friends/family in town. The kitchen, laundry, and living area will be available for use and you will be sharing it with the one other roommate. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the main area is furnished.

1 adult downstairs, 2 adults living upstairs. We all work full time, are morning people, and go to bed fairly early. We are quiet for the most part with the the occasional family and friends party. We love animals, but already have small hypoallergenic dogs - so sadly, no pets allowed.
