Cathy's room

I live off of 441 near 43rd. The bedroom is furnished with a super comfy new queen bed. Private bathroom is just steps away. If you have your own bed I’ll be happy to move mine out. Your room is at the front of the house while mine is at the back. Large screened in patio. The house is an open floor plan. I have a cat- just one, I promise. Smoking whatever is okay in the patio. No parties, please, but of course your friends and family are welcome.
