I have 2 Rooms for rent in Deltona. 8 mins from I-4. 10 minutes to hospital. I’m seeking a laid back, responsible roommate. Bathroom will be shared with another roommate. Room is private and can come furnished. I have a queen sized bed and mattress, desk, and doorless dresser if you choose to use it or it can come unfurnished for your own set. House will be shared between all 3 roommates. Must love dogs as I have 1 pitbull(she’s a sweetheart and loves everybody) I’m 24 years old and work full time. Seeking roommates I can get along with and trust. I’m very chill and laid back. The party scene is not for me. I’m a home body. Rent is $700 a month plus $300 deposit to move in. Starting off with a month to month lease but we can extend it further. Ideally I’d want someone long term. WiFi, electric, water, AC and heating, garbage and laundry room available for use. All included in rent.
