My roommate is moving home so I’m looking for someone to replace him to extend the lease with. It ends February 14th so I am looking ideally for someone who can move in ASAP. We’re located in the Woodside Village apartments. This spot has a community pool & fitness center. You’ll have your own empty bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living/dining room is fully furnished. It is a nice quiet pet-friendly spot. Comes with washer/dryer. I am a 23 year old college student going to channel islands and chose this spot with a friend of mine because of its proximity to the beach/surf spots, downtown Ventura, and gas station/grocery stores.
