3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome near Travis AFB. Offering 1 Private room, currently has furniture with brand new bed, but I can also empty it as well. Private bathroom across the hall, not shared with anyone else in the house.

Rest of the house: Two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs along with laundry area.

Living room, dining room, kitchen, third bedroom/ my office, half bathroom downstairs. House has small front porch and rear patio. No rear neighbors, bedroom looks out on the canal. Bedroom has ceiling fan and spacious closet.

All utilities included including high speed internet. Central AC for hot summers.

In the community: Swimming pool & hot tub.

House is shared by myself, I am a mid 30’s female professional and I own the house. Small and very friendly dog (12lbs) home only sometimes, but spends most of his time with elderly grandparent. Unfortunately no other pets allowed.

I rarely have guests over; prefer someone low key, near my age range with a similar lifestyle. I am very clean and organized. Not a neat freak at all, but considerate of common spaces.

Female roommates only please! Prefer 28 to 60’s age range.

Cannabis friendly but no smoking inside the house please. My home is my safe space from the chaos of the world and want a roommate who will enjoy that and treat the space that way too.
