Private bedroom can be furnished with a bed or unfurnished. Guest bath is only used by you unless we have a visitor. Shared kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer in attached garage. Overall condo size is under 1000sqft. Spacious fenced in backyard with amazing views of the mountains. Gated community with two pools and recreational courts. Parking available on street directly in front of unit.

All common areas and bathroom must be kept CLEAN! If desired, I’d be willing to hire a weekly cleaning person instead for an extra fee.

Currently it is myself and my girlfriend and our two small dogs living here. We share the other bedroom. Must be 420 friendly as we partake daily.
