Aloha, Monthly rental for 1 person is $870.

Security Deposit is $500. Cleaning Fee of $50 taken out of your Deposit. Everyone helps with household supplies at the beginning of the month.

Proof of income, background check and application required. A weekly chore and cleaning up after yourself is for each roommate. Taking care of our home and each other respectfully.

We have a 12 x 13 Double Bed Room Rental on the 2nd floor with Dresser, Closet, room Fridge, cable TV and Utilities are included. Shared small Living room and half bathroom.

Street parking just before the house or on Umalu Place 4 minute walk. Bus is 5 minutes.

Upper Kalihi Valley, centrally located, has always been known as a Place of Healing.

We are simple, Ha’a ha’a (humble), Ho`ihi (respectful) with lots of Aloha. Our Kupuna (Elders) teach us that there is Balance in Nature that we need in our daily lives… . So the Rainforest Calls with Makani(light breezes) that make the trees dance and sing their Mele (song) to us as we take to time to listen once again.

We show our home by appointment only during the day 10:30-1pm on Tuesday, Wed, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday. When you email, call or text, leave a message. No drugs…. no drunkeness.

Roommates all are working and have different schedules. The house tends to be quiet. Positivity is the theme in the house. Age ranges from 28-50’s. There are 3 rooms on the 2nd floor with a small Living room and half bath. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, full bathroom tub and shower and walk in shower.

Drunkenness or drugs you will be asked to leave. The lease will be braken.
