Aloha, We rent to 1 person in room. This is a 1st floor Room with Queen size bed and furnished. Rainforest, Quiet, Peaceful, 5 minutes from bus.

Proof of income, background check and application required. A weekly chore. Taking care of our home and each other respectfully. Clean & Tidy is part of our house rules. Follow House Rules. We look to collaborate… teamwork, so we have a Sanctuary to enjoy coming to. Parking on property only for compact cars. Large vehicles street parking.

Roommates all are working and have different schedules. The house tends to be quiet. Positivity is the theme in the house. Age ranges from 30-50’s. All roommates have weekly chores and just maintence cleaning as we are a large home. Drunkenness or drugs you will be asked to leave. The lease will be broken.
