As of 5/25/23: LANDLORD HAS NOTIFIED ME OF NO DOGS WHATSOEVER. Cats ok, but a one-time $350 pet fee and will need to sign a pet agreement. The rent at my place has changed, this will be your half of the rent til 8/1/2023. It will be $1080 after that date and onward til further notice.

The room has two doors, one attached to the hallway that leads to the bathroom and the other attached to the kitchen. Please let me know if you need to see it in person. I have a ring camera on the front door.

Included is the rent at $845/month, internet is $40/month, power is $100/month and is billed every 2 months so it’s subject to change on usage, and gas is $25/month. This is all calculated as your half. You’ll be sending your half to me, the landlord has agreed to let me sublet the room. They handle water and trash. There is no on-site laundry machines. We are close to a Metro Station. We are near a Fire Department. The street parallel to us has many places to eat. We have one assigned parking spot in the back.

I will have the room down the hall from you, I also have a cat. She is talkative and friendly. I will ask the landlord if you can bring your own pet. I freelance and may be working from home on some days. The Livingroom is a shared space. I have lived here for almost 12 years now. It’s easy to get to and from here by metro or car. I normally do ride shares or take metro, so the car space is available. I am currently using it to charge my partner’s car. He is mostly over for some movie nights, and I host frequently but can always work around your schedule too.

Although this is a cannabis friendly household, absolutely NO smoking within the house.
