Beautiful townhouse style home, desirable location right in Garden City, two minutes from the highway. Huge kitchen with a balcony leading down to a decent yard (perfect for summer campfires), separate dining room, and a very comfortable living room. Washer and dryer is located inside the home.

This is available September 1, 2023. The rent is $1,200(subject to change with notice) for one bedroom one bath, there are two young professionals living in the home. Utilities are not included but everything is split, so it is a low addition to your monthly rent (utilities depending on usage)

First month rent + security deposit on security deposit upon move in, which will be given back at the end of the lease.
