AVAILABLE MARCH 1ST Three bedroom and two bathroom house located near University of Richmond, 64/95, Monument Ave, and Willow Lawn. The room I’m renting out is a pretty good size (11x15) with a closet and is unfurnished. You would be sharing a bathroom with one roommate who is rarely home. Security deposit is one month’s rent. Rent is $800 flat, including utilities, internet, and access to the following: -Washer/dryer -Kitchen/dishwasher
The lease is month to month, but you are welcome to stay as long as you’d like. Please just give 1 full month’s notice. I’m only interested in renting the room to one person.
About the roomies
