Beautiful home in the city or Rosemead, in peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Home is shared between 2 other female occupants in their early twenties. Kitchen with appliances shared and washer and dryer free to use in home. Your room includes very spacious closet and attached shared restroom between you and another female roomate. Room will be ready for rent and occupancy in why following weeks or start of march. Ample street parking available.
About the roomies
Roomie with whom you’ll be sharing restroom with us a student and teacher usually out of home on weekdays between 8-6pm and some weekends. Roomie adjacent to your room works 7 days a week and is out of home from 8-6pm.
Both roommates are clean and kind and work to maintain shared space cleanliness. We invite you to come see the property and I’m sure you’ll want to move in :)
