Room with own entrance! Vaulted ceiling. Unfurnished, new floor, paint and lighting. New pictures will be added (currently a rec room). Shared bathroom.
Rent $600 + $150 utilities.
Non-smokers only. Laundry is shared. On-street parking. All utilities included. Wi-Fi included. Pool access.
The area is quiet and the neighbors are great! They are vigilant and we all look out for each other in case we see odd things happening.
No couples No pets

About the roomies
Three working professionals (all female), one works from home, the other two do not. We value our time quiet at the house and prefer to keep guests at a minimum but will occasionally have out of town visitors. Looking for someone clean and responsible.
