Monica's room

I currently live in downtown Puyallup, and will be losing my current roommate middle of next month and am looking to fill her spot. It is an apartment complex, I have a 2 bed/2 bath apartment, on the 3rd floor. The room would be unfurnished, and is the master room; so it has a large walk in closet and bathroom attached. Rent is typically around $950 a month with everything included ( that can change due to fluctuating power bill). Cost included 2 covered parking spots. We are currently on a month to month lease, and I prefer to keep it that way. The complex is pet friendly, but there is a weight limit. I’m good with dogs and cats but really nothing else. I’m not sure if there would be a pet deposit as my current roommate paid that when we initially moved in. I would have to double check, but there is that possibility.

I am a 32 year old female. I work as a hairstylist in Auburn 4 days a week. I am very quiet and clean. I am very much a homebody and very chill and relaxed. I am looking for someone who is of similar age and lifestyle.
