FURNISHED BEDROOMS IN BEAUTIFUL MODERN SPACIOUS HOUSE WITH POOL & SPA

The house is very spacious (3,500 sq. ft) and beautiful inside and outside. It was built about five years ago, and it is seven minutes from downtown Palm Springs.

There are two living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, each with large screen TVs. You’ll also have full access to the kitchen, dining room, in-house laundry room, both living rooms, refrigerator, pantry, dishes and flatware, etc.

I have 2 bedrooms available for June/July, one is available for $950/month, and the other one which is larger will be available in October 2025 for $1100/month.

Each bedroom is fully furnished, and includes a queen size bed with high-quality mattress, high-quality furniture, a desk, a large closet and a TV with free Netflix, Prime Video and Paramount+.

High speed Internet is included, along with the in-house washer & dryer, large private pool & jacuzzi, and free access to the HOA fully equipped gym and pickleball courts. The house is close to a Stater Bros. grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, restaurants and fast-food places, etc.

I am looking for a commitment of three months initially until we get to know each other and then open to lease.

Prefer long-term (>6 mo) if the chemistry is right, but I am also open to other arrangements (e.g., to accommodate healthcare workers). Most important to me is the chemistry.

You must have a full-time job outside of the home or be a full time on campus student/military.
