Location location location. Small, quiet gated condo community - pup friendly. Updated 3 bed 2 bath condo, kitchen, laundry room, office, dinning and living room with fireplace and two patios. Wood laminate flooring -no carpeting. One private oversized patio adjacent to the master bedroom (room I’m renting) fits a sectional, umbrella, small table, and grill. Master bedroom has two closets, one walk-in, the other standard sliding door closet I converted into shoe closet, all shelving. Willing to convert smaller (shoe) closet into a kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator, and counter oven. Room could be configured to be your own studio apartment, but of course can use the entire condo. Currently has a queen bed, night stand, large dresser, small sofa, end table, full length mirror, wall mounted TV and ceiling fan and white noise machine. All bills paid, wifi, water, electricity unless electricity exceeds a certain amount then there would be an additional charge. Keyless entry and security cameras. Room can be furnished or unfinished- same price. Interested in a Y membership (pool, gym, basketball, racket ball, and tennis courts) it’s right next door and you can elect for a discounted membership.

Think Gilmore girls. Great kid - seriously, and a hard working mama. I am a 40 year old professional. When not working, which I work ALOT, I’m taking my 10-year-old daughter to school,baseball, cheer, or basketball practice or games. When not working or driving her all over town, I’m home with Netfix and a glass of wine, knocking about the Pearl, day tripping to NB/Austin or visiting family. We’re clean, but not neat freaks - tidy. We do laundry, vacuum and clean the kitchen and bathroom once a week. We have one dog, Emi, a Shepard Whippit mix. She’s low key, well behaved - no dog smell, no chewing, accidents, or aggressive behavior and she get along with cats. We have one small cat, Kiki - who I’m allergic to, but her bread doesn’t bother my allergies and hardly sheds. She keeps to herself. Open to dogs, Emi gets along with all.
