Grace's room

Hi! My name is Grace and I am subleasing my Greenlake room starting March 1st. The lease is four months(with the option to renew) and the rent is $1,250.

The house has free parking and is only a few blocks from the light rail! I have loved exploring how much there is to do in the area.

The room is large and you would also have a space for an office. There is a large storage room and the house also has a shed if you have any gear.The kitchen is updated, has a laundry room and the backyard is very spacious.

The two girls that live there are in their twenties and are the best roomies I’ve ever had! They are respectful, clean and very fun to hang with.
