Quick update: I will most likely be moving to Melbourne with my girlfriend around August, so I’m thinking a short lease or month to month situation will be most ideal, unless I have two to three responsibly clean tenants lined up that I trust to leave my house to while I’m down there. Alternatively, my goal is to rent long term a single family. I don’t make a business out of this, it’s just something I enjoy doing. We can meet, discuss and negotiate if there are any questions.

My house is located in the Timberlake neighborhood on the east side of Tallahassee off Apalachee parkway. It’s at the top of a hill, and It is large and spacious. Tom brown park and lake piney z are less than five minutes away, and there’s a small community park at the entrance to the neighborhood.

I keep my daily car in the garage next to a project car which leaves driveway space big enough for two cars.

As time goes on, I will be furnishing and redesigning the living space. Input and requests are welcomed as I create more of a home atmosphere.

The room I have available is a very large lower level room. It’s about 10x16ft with 10ft tall ceiling. Admittedly the room is in an awkward part of the house. There is an entrance that goes through the garage and the master bedroom which will be locked. UPDATE: I’ve finished painting, and renovating the new room. The pics have been updated, but I will continue to make improvements as time goes on.

I currently work for TMH and spend most of my time working at the office. I’m quiet during the times when I am renting out my room, and I am VERY big on cleanliness. I spend 90% of my time away from the house on the weekends, I’m pretty social, but I also keep to myself depending on the type of person who is living with me.

I go to the beach almost every weekend and have several kayaks and paddle boards. All are welcomed to join me on trips and borrow the boards whenever they like while they’re here.

I am a very athletic person and am usually up and running around 4:30am. I am in between being an outgoing and stay at home kind of person. I take up very little space even in my own house, however, the garage is pretty well spoken for, as I do a lot of projects in there.

All ages are welcome as I regularly rent to traveling nurses through furnished finder, so I’m used to having flexible leasing options.

The only other tenant I have living with me is a female EMT and for that reason I would prefer another female unless you are background check through a service such as furnished finder. She’s out of the house for up to about a week at time each month so crowding has never really been an issue. She’s also very kind and quiet.
