2 ladies (ages 38 & 27) and 1 adorable, friendly PitBull are looking for a 3rd roommate to share our 2,000 sqft, 4-bedroom house- with a pool! You’d be sharing a bathroom with the younger room mate but have a decent sized room with a window and full sized closet with built in shelving.

Not much space to store large items, unfortunately. The house is already furnished with the exception of your soon-to-be room :)

We’re looking for someone who will be the right fit with us and the dog. We’re friends who have lived in the house a year and are looking for someone who can commit to at least a year at the house. You would need to sign a roommate agreement and pay an affordable deposit; however, your name will not be added to the lease. The oldest room mate works from home about 3-4 days a week and has the 4th bedroom as her office. For this reason, another work-from-home roommate would not be ideal as there’s not much space for another office setup.

The house is amazing and has a large pool with a diving board! Washer and dryer on-site and street parking right out the front door.

We love to cook, have friends over for drinks/darts/corn hole/games nights, etc, go to shows/festivals/listen to music, smoke some weed and chill; however, we’re also responsible, respectful and considerate- we clean up our messes and share house chores like cleaning, minor landscaping and pool upkeep (we have a pool guy once/week but we brush/net/clean the filter once a week as well). We have one house “mother”- she is a 7 year old PitBull, and a registered service animal. Unfortunately, we’re unable to have any other pets, in addition to her.

Rent is $900/month- which includes utilities! (wifi, Netflix/Hulu/Prime/etc, water, power, pool maintenance and gas.

Must have a full-time job, proof of income, 2 references and a 50% deposit will also be required along with reading, and signing our simple roommate agreement - which mainly outlines household duties for all of us, expectancies for all of us, and other basic info.

We had a roommate who took things without asking or replacing them, was always late with rent, and who never helped clean the house/yard/skim the pool… it was a nightmare. We really want to find someone who is considerate, trustworthy, respectful, responsible, and friendly but also someone who knows how to have fun on their days off. Must love dogs.
