Rutledge Street

Our home isn’t the biggest, but it might be the cutest! In our cozy two bedroom home we have your basic necessities: your own bedroom, closet, a gas stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, keurig, dining table, dryer, couch, and living room tv. All the things I’ve listed are for everyone to share :) We do own a tv in our own room so we are more than okay with you using the living room tv from time to time. Although it is a shared bathroom, there is still plenty of space and compartments for all our skincare products to coexist. Unfortunately our big washing machine gave out on us so the one we are using now is one of those nifty portable ones that fits in the bathtub. We apologize if this is an inconvenience, but we think the small thing does a great job and saves us water. One thing I’d like to note is that the bedrooms are carpeted but the shared living spaces are all hardwood floors. Please know that our house does have a small staircase leading into it and a lovely deck to chill on when the weather is nice. Unfortunately, we don’t have a garage, but around 3 cars can fit comfortably in front of our home. We only own one car and don’t mind the parking since it’s not on the street but rather a small patch of gravel in front of our yard. You can live in our home feeling safe and secure since we own a Ring doorbell camera and have a home security system installed.

I work mainly during the day and my girlfriend at night. We do have a four legged roommate, but he is an older fellow who mainly sleeps on the couch or on his doggy bed in our room day. If you have any food preferences or allergies, I would love to know them because I’m the home chef in our household and if I don’t have too much schoolwork that night I like to prepare yummy dinners :) We’ll never be selfish with any of our food!
